About Me
Yoga entered my life out of curiosity — but stayed out of passion.

My Journey
Born in Russia, I’ve lived in Germany, New Zealand, France, and now Switzerland, where I teach yoga. Living in different countries and immersing myself in various cultures has shaped my worldview and allowed me to explore and practice a wide range of yoga styles. My background in environmental sciences and human geography has deepened my connection to balance, harmony, and nature — values that deeply resonate with the essence of yoga.
I discovered yoga in the early 2000s during my university years. What began as simple curiosity quickly turned into a deep and lasting passion. Over the years, I explored various styles of yoga and found immense value not only in the physical practice, but also in its mental and spiritual dimensions.
In 2021, I completed a teacher training program at the Sivananda Yoga School and received my Yoga Alliance certification in traditional Hatha yoga. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge through specialized trainings in prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, and yoga for seniors. prénatal, pour enfants et pour seniors.

My Classes
Yoga means Union! !
I often hear people say: «“Yoga isn’tfor me — I’m not flexible enough, not strong enough, or I don’thave the right body for it». But yoga has nothing to do with perfection. It’s a practice that helps you become stronger, more resilient, and more confident in yourself.
My teaching philosophy is to make yoga accessible to everyone. I offer Classes adapted to all levels and life situations — whether for children, seniors, pregnant women, beginners, or advanced practitioners. I also teach in multiple languages — French, English, Russian, and German — and often blend them during class. 😊 Language should never be a barrier to yoga!
I share my knowledge and passion through regular classes, workshops, and EventsBut my true specialty is mountain retreats— a unique opportunity to practice yoga while deeply reconnecting with nature.

- Āsana (postures)
- Prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques)
- Savāsana (deep relaxation)
